For house & pet sitters

Travel Europe. Stay for free. Live like a local.

Paris for a few weeks. A small town in Italy. A month by the sea. Then you look at the cost of accommodation — and staying longer suddenly doesn’t feel so simple.

What if you didn’t need to pay rent for the place you stay? Care for someone’s pets and home while they’re away, and make their home yours for a while.

Europe is incredible. Paying for a place to sleep every night isn't.

Hotels, rentals, hostels and campsites add up fast. The longer you want to travel, the more of your budget goes on simply having somewhere to sleep. What if accommodation didn't have to be the reason you travel less?

STAY LONGER. SEE MORE.

Spend your money on the journey. Not the hotel room.

Your accommodation is part of a fair exchange: you give your time and care, and the Pet Parent gives you a home to stay in. No rent. No booking fees.

LET THEM SEE THE PERSON BEHIND THE APPLICATION

Your photos and a short Intro Video give Pet Parents a chance to get to know the person who could be caring for their pets and home.

NO BOOKING FEES. NO HIDDEN COSTS.

One membership covers every stay and every application. Nothing extra when you're chosen.

WHERE WOULD YOU GO FIRST?

Browse house & pet sitting opportunities across Europe and apply to the ones that genuinely feel right for you.

But what if no one chooses me?

You have more to show than just an application.

Create a profile that tells your story. Add your photos, write about yourself and introduce yourself with a short video so Pet Parents can get to know you before making their choice.

Already cared for someone’s pets or home? Let that experience speak for you.

Ask people you’ve helped in the past to provide a reference — even if they’ve never heard of PetAndHouseEU. They don’t need to register or become members to give you a reference.

Your experience matters, even if you’re new here.
