3. PLATFORM OPERATOR

PetAndHouseEU is an online platform connecting pet and house owners ("Owners") with pet and house sitters ("Sitters") across Europe.

PetAndHouseEU provides the technological platform through which Members can discover and communicate with each other.

PetAndHouseEU does not employ Sitters and is not a party to private sitting arrangements concluded between Members, except where expressly stated otherwise.

4. MEMBERSHIP SERVICES

PetAndHouseEU provides paid annual membership services for Sitters, Owners and Members wishing to use both roles.

Membership purchases, renewals and cancellations are governed by the PetAndHouseEU Terms & Conditions.

Payment processing is provided through third-party payment service providers as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise indicated, the PetAndHouseEU name, branding, logo, website and application design, original text, graphics, software elements and other content owned by PetAndHouseEU are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Content uploaded by Members remains subject to the rights of the respective Member or other applicable rights holder.

Nothing on the Platform grants permission to reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit protected PetAndHouseEU content except where permitted by law or expressly authorised by PetAndHouseEU.

6. INFORMATION ON THE PLATFORM

PetAndHouseEU aims to provide accurate and up-to-date information concerning its own services.

Information contained in Member profiles, listings, reviews and other Member-generated content is provided by the relevant Members.

PetAndHouseEU does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of Member-generated information unless expressly stated otherwise.

Members should independently assess information relevant to a proposed sitting arrangement.

7. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Platform may contain links to websites or services operated by independent third parties.

PetAndHouseEU is not responsible for the content, availability, security or privacy practices of independent third-party websites or services.

The inclusion of a third-party link does not necessarily constitute an endorsement of that third party.

8. PRIVACY AND COOKIES

Information concerning how PetAndHouseEU processes personal data is available in the PetAndHouseEU Privacy Policy.

9. CONSUMER INFORMATION

Consumers using PetAndHouseEU retain any mandatory rights available to them under applicable Hungarian and European Union consumer-protection law.

PetAndHouseEU is operated by a company registered in Hungary.

The operation of the Platform is subject to applicable Hungarian law and applicable European Union law.

Where mandatory consumer-protection rules of another EU or EEA country apply to a consumer, nothing in this Legal Notice is intended to deprive that consumer of those mandatory protections.
