Request Deletion of Specific Data

PetAndHouseEU users can delete certain data without deleting their entire account.

Depending on the type of data, users may delete content directly in the app, for example their own listings or other removable content associated with their account.

If you are unable to delete specific data directly in the app, you can request deletion by contacting:

Please include enough information for us to identify the relevant data and your account.

We will delete the requested data unless we are required to retain it for legal, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other legitimate legal obligations.

The PetAndHouseEU account itself will remain active unless the user separately requests full account deletion.
